Drug Trafficking

Drug trafficking is the illegal transportation and distribution of drugs.  At the state level, it also indicates that certain drug amount thresholds have been surpassed --- or have they.  Omar Johansson has won reduced charges and thus no minimum mandatory sentences of three (3) or more years for his clients by conducted a re-weigh of the drugs at issue.  In one case, officers included the roots and couch stuffing and dirt with the marijuana plants for weighing.  After a re-weigh, the minimum mandatory no longer applied and Omar's client received probation.
